Shipping Information

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Emberlyn Home is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
• Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Emberlyn Home is not responsible for shipping delays. However, we will do our best to assist in resolving any issues.
• Once a tracking number has been provided, no changes can be made to the order.
